For me this is the Love and passion for real estate; I have taken it up a notch by not just doing what I love, but investing in what I love.
From the lowly days of daydreaming in our awkwardly rowed rooms in the rented home I knew most of my life, to the sheer wonder at my friend’s parents who owned big majestic homes, I knew that I was interested in real estate, I loved it, I loved the idea of owning your own house, it just made sense.
The same is true for everyone, there is that one or a couple of things that you just naturally gravitate towards; is it ‘talking? like Steve Harvey’, retail? Like Dangote, Fashion and Style, like my Sister or just entrepreneurial? like my other sister, or Richard Branson.
Either way, you are good at something and you need to find it, and invest in it.
